Everything went smooth from start to finish. I needed a new garage door and opener for my home after getting some work done on the house. The garage ceiling, already low, was lowered more by additional sheetrock from the work. I quickly made an appointment for John to view the site and make a proposal. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The proposal arrived the next day as promised, with images showing both white and black doors (we chose black). The quote was much lower than a competitor who never even followed up after his visit. The new door arrived 3 weeks later as promised and installed a few days later per my schedule. The installer was also friendly and skilled. He got everything done within the time period he estimated. The door works great and we are very pleased with everything from Door Works - price, quality, and service.

What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE I had from the start. I decided to give my mom a garage makeover as a Christmas/Birthday gift and I must say that from the initial phone call I made to Door Works, to ask for an estimate, to the day of installation. My sales guy Hernan made my purchase process quick and easy and my technician guy Mike was exceptional with the services he provided when installing the door. They were both very professional!! Called for a broken springer for one of the garage doors installed years ago by “Door Works”. The appointment was easy and on-time. The technician, Andreas, explained 2 options and I decided to go with the bar option, which was more expensive but far better quality and the option that fitted to heavy use of the door. He worked seamlessly, very professional, and friendly. Great work! Thank you.
