We have a home from the 1930s that came with an old garage door that was loud and unsealed. Door Works came, replaced the doors, motor, keypad and cleaned up the debris and left the house as though nothing happened. We are thrilled with our new and improved (and quiet!) garage door. One thing to be aware of is the lead time on garage doors has been pretty long (in the industry in general....due to Covid, not them specifically). We waited a few months before we got our installation date, but if you're not in a hurry, they are totally worth the wait.

Door Works did a fine job at my house. The installer, Edward was so polite and professional! Super neat and clean too. Nothing left behind except two beautiful garage doors, working superbly!

The company found a way to send someone out to resolve it the same day and during normal business hours. They were able to send the same great technician, Andy, that they had sent for a prior part replacement. He was again exceptional. Not only was he professional, but he was sympathetic to our particular situation. He answered questions while quickly completing the repair, helping to explain what happened to my wife and to me. He is a fantastic worker and a genuine person, and we appreciate how much he helped us with the repair.

Very professional and responsive, called them at 12 for broken spring on my 16’ garage door . Technician showed up 2:05 you can’t ask for better service response! Technician Andres very polite and professional. Explained whole process and exact price ! Started working right away and my door was fixed in no time . He took liberty on checking other moving parts and grease the hinges as well as chain . Good quality company, will recommend .

When my 16' garage door became misaligned and wouldn't shut I called Doorworks. They installed the door 22 years ago. The Receptionist was pleasant when I made the appointment. Andres was awesome. He called ahead and kept me posted of his arrival time. He made adjustments to the door and tuned it up nicely. He provided options for me and maintenance advice. I'm glad I called them for service.
